Any one that knows me knows I love to wear black and white. As a regular to my site, you already know I like an eccletic look and what started as simple alteration to my jeans turned into a completely rocked out summer look.
Everything in today’s blog post is from well known fast fashion stores except for the shirt. I don’t remember where I picked this little guy from (its been in the closet for about a year.) I was inspired by the hundred of distressed denim jeans that I see online and the fact that I wasn’t paying upwards of $30 for jeans that are already cut; not when I can do it myself with jeans I already have. No shade if you have paid for distressed jeans.
I wanted a cleaner look with my cut denim so I went for three and four slits, over the knee and I cut them with the jeans on. Having the jeans on made it easy to make sure my cuts where tight and crisp. I’m wearing HM slim fit jeans by the way which are very snug after you wash them, which is the perfect condition for making clean cuts without the ragged ends.
The boots were my killer adage. I’ll admit they aren’t the best look at every angle and just sitting they look totally like women’s boots but hey if I never told you, you wouldn’t have known. Thats how I like it. ECLECTIC!
