Sometimes a good fashion idea alludes us all. Fishnet or mesh jackets and shirts are of those ideas that we pass up very often. Often, because it resurfaces faintly as much as canvas converse sneakers.
Last year, Jeremy Scott featured a set of fishnet hoodies in an Adidas collection that the tumblr community gawked (well, I did i guess) and then slept over.
I can understand how the masses would pass it up though. In searching or just in passing we’ve seen mesh or fishnet as a detail in women’s clothing or as some extreme form of disco or fetish wear. Yet, I think a strong consideration should be taken to mesh or fishnet jackets and Ts.
I think they offer a dope detail to layering a mesh print over the prints or solids of your every day pieces. Something like what you see featured in this featured look.
You may even feel exclusive when you find one. As of right now they are kinda rare. Luckily for you, I found one that I think is a pretty simple but dope bomber style mesh jacket.
Take caution with these jackets as the wind blowing through them feels a bit colder at times. On real summer days the material may get on your nerves when touching your skin. So, I’d treat this garb like a super fly evening jacket, something to kick it in or just stand about on the scene.
